Showcase: D&D half elf ranger.

I've just finished the PCs for my D&D group so here is Morhir the half elf ranger. More details and pictures after the break...

Notice just the one name, like Cher or Madonna, our half elf is an enigmatic chap who doesn't reveal a lot about himself.

I've tried to paint him in a very restrained colour palate to reflect this, lots of muted greens and browns. It wasn't quite working until I put the little bits of red on the arrows and jewel and the pale yellow hair. It's funny how sometimes it all just comes together with the last few details.
