They're finally all firing in the right direction. More photos below of the heavy bolter chap...
This guy was the only one whose body is left original. You can see how dull the squad would be if they were all like this.
As on the other members of the squad he has a more modern backpack, although here it needed a little surgery to fit round the heavy bolter.
He has a small shield on the heavy bolter to break up that flat area of red and display the squads heraldic chevron.
Normally I would drill the barrel out but metal takes a bit more effort so I've embraced the retro black dot.
