I just wanted to see what the difference is between using my mobile phone and natural light, and using a proper camera and my home made lightbox.
So here the comparison shots: I've used my scout Sergeant.

I've done no image manipulation or cropping on either so it's a straight up, no fuss, comparison.
What do people think?
Can anybody recomend some good software for basic manipulation ie cropping, colour balance and putting detail inserts in? Preferably very cheap as I'm not going to use it for anything else.
