Here's the plasma cannon for my retro 2nd edition devastator squad. Lots more after the break.
I used the loin cloth from the old tactical squad to make this guy look a bit different from the rest. Along with the modern backpack it helps to make him fit in with the rest of the force.
You can see the bright blue plasma coils in this photo.
Due to the lack of room on the shoulder pad his 3rd company markings are on his knee pad.
Just the heavy bolter and group shot to go now.
